First time to try this new Japanese Resto in the City and I definitely love their menu. It’s really a taste of Japan and I really do like it. Pork BBQ is a must try. Their veggie salad is flavorful and as a veggie lover, it’s a 100% must try to all the veggie ppl out there. I don’t like their Tonkatsu ramen, I was expecting a different taste like the one in Japan but it lowers my expectation of it. The noodles are quite overcooked. Overall, it was a delightful experience dining in. Food is a bit pricy but it’s worth it. Staffs are nice and friendly. Fast orders and clean place. Located at the ground floor of SM Cuty Legazpi, in front of Starbucks and just beside the entrance.

Botejyu has excellent food preparation. The staff in SM Legazpi were very prompt and efficient with their respective roles inside the store. The taste of authentic japanese cuisine was very evident in the various offerings found in their menu. The ramen bowls were not oily and the noodles were just the right mix of soft and hard. Pressed unagi roll is a must try. The rice bowls are all excellent. The tempura is delicious. The chicken teriyaki is soft and tasteful. The okos, yakisoba and okosoba are the trio of signature dishes served in Botejyu. The takoyaki is great! Highly recommended japanese restaurant and would definitely return to Botejyu SM Legazpi
